Christopher Mark Conn, aka DRS Founder and List Guy

Born January 16, 1956 (same day as Connie Chan
my birthday buddy, and the day after Jim P.) in
Atlanta, Georgia, a capricorn born in the year
of the goat (who no longer believes in astrology)

Grew up in Houston, Texas (25 years) and moved to 
Austin when I was in my 30's and our kids were 
born here

Family:

Wife Lisa (married 28 years), 3 kids:
Ian (18), Avery (16), and Gracie (13).

We own a house in-between Leander and Cedar Park,
in the burbs 30 miles north of Austin

Work:

IBMer doing AIX Technical Support at IBM Austin

Some college (various universities around Texas,
always part time)

Running:

I run by time, 5 days a week

Mon   45 min easy
Tue   tempos (eventually)
Wed   45 min easy
Thu   off
Fri   45 min easy
Sat   90 min lsd
Sun   off

I'm planning to start using an HRM again in 2010.

was really interesting what kind of computer people were
using, back before people used the web)

Dell Pentium III desktop running FreeBSD
(I use this mainly for my music collection and playing
with Unix in general)

Dell laptop running Windows XP
(my mail and web surfing machine, everything else)

What I do with my non-running time:

I have 3 teenagers! But when I'm not doing family
stuff I listen to music, read and watch movies. Most of
my travel is within Texas (it takes so long to go anywhere
else).
